Big Orange Moving unpacked our trailer and did a great job! They were careful with our stuff, got the job done fast and were very friendly. This is my new go to local movers. Thanks guys!

Would definately give a minus 10 if possible. The damage to my items was unforgivable. Had to leave items behind because of poorly planned packing of truck, was just told over and over again "there is no more room". Was suppose to send 3 men, but instead got 2 boys who could barely lift anything. Dropped my furniture, tore a hole in the kitchen floor and the one kid started crying because he wanted to "go home". What is wrong with this company????? EVERYTHING!!! Do not under any circumstances hire this company. They tore my furniture up, and when I went back to them, they refused to answer. Finally they emailed me a list to fill out and send back, which I did, with pictures and never heard from them again. This was last October 31, 2023 and they refuse to acknowledge me. They are connected with Wildcat Moving out of Lexington, KY. Wildcat Moving does their long distance moving, and Big Orange does local. Neither company is competent to move anyone anywhere. I had always heard "Good news travels fast, but bad news travels faster", so be forewarned. The items we were forced to leave in Tennessee was well over $1,000.00, but we were never offered a dime in compensation. All I can say is RUN! They love taking your money, but that is the last you will ever hear from them. If you hire them, good luck, because you will surely need it."

I will give big orange moving zero stars. If I could I use them for a move from Morristown Tennessee to Hixson Tennessee last Saturday they damaged my furniture they claim to have insurance I’ve tried reaching out 15 times to big Orange moving to see about claiming the damage on their insurance all I get is voicemails they will not return any of my phone calls.

Do not use big orange movers they will destroy your furniture they claim to have insurance but when You try to call them to discuss damages to Your furniture they will ignore your phone calls!!! They claim to have insurance or they try to sell you the package for extra insurance but yet when they damage furniture they Don’t want to discuss anything with you to claim it on the insurance!!! I would give them a zero if I could you pay for professional movers you expect professional movers I could have moved the stuff myself and damaged it. I didn’t want my furniture damaged so I hired them for $2700 and this is what I get damaged furniture and them ignoring my phone calls
